BYU Life After Loss Conference

BYU's Life After Loss Conference is designed to help those struggling with the loss of a loved one to live onward with faith and hope. Classes will be taught by professionals and experts in the fields of grief, loss and mental health, as well as by other inspiring speakers. Instructors will address various types of loss and ways to grieve, process, and heal from them. Among others, topics such as the following will be addressed:

  • The grieving journey
  • Healing from grief
  • Mental health
  • Suicide
  • Helping grieving children
  • Faith and doubt
  • Grief's impact on relationships

Attend sessions and connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges. Each day will have a dedicated activity to help attendees connect with others who have experienced similar losses to them. We hope you will join us!
